The pricing for Comcast is a promo price. By default, comcast has a cap. The non promo pricing for the gig plan for comcast was around $110 the last time I have had them. Add $25/mo to that to get rid of the cap. $135 total. I pay less than $81/mo for the ATT Gigabit fiber plan. Non promo price. That being said, if you have the option of going with AT&T Fiber, I would take that personally. It's only $20/month more than Verizon 5G Home, but you get symmetrical UP/DL with low latency/jitter/packet loss on a consistent basis. Whether you go with Verizon or AT&T, leave Xfinity if you can..
